Vic Donati
Creative Director

Designer and art director by discipline, Vic is a strategist, a problem-solver, and a creative engineer of fresh and unexpected ideas. Vic has over 15 years of experience creating crucial communications for a wide variety of clientele such as Verizon Wireless, ESPN CLassic, American Standard, Buffalo Wild Wings, Marriott, The March of Dimes, Saks Department Stores, AT&T and The Home Depot.

Extra Credit: musician, gig poster artist, photographer, kiteboarder.

Vic lives in Saint Petersburg, Florida with his wife and two children.

Caroline Foss
Creative Director

Meet a copywriter with a passion for solving problems and creating great brands. Caroline has nine years of agency experience in television, radio, print, digital and social creative for national and regional accounts including Progressive Insurance, New Balance, McDonalds, Jack Daniels, Southern Comfort, Volvo, Fidelity Investments, Citizens Bank, Carnival Cruise Lines, RadioShack, Buffalo Wild Wings, American Standard and Florida’s Natural Orange Juice. Her work has appeared in Communication Arts, Print, the ADDY Awards and Hatch.

She’s also a private pilot, dog-owner, gluten-free chef, Red Sox fan and CrossFitter with an MBTI type of ENFJ.

Caroline lives in Tampa, Florida with her husband and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

Coe Douglas
Brand Strategist, Senior Copywriter

Coe over 15 years of experience as a Senior Copywriter and Creative Director, working with ad agencies in Birmingham, San Antonio, Greensboro, NC and Jacksonville, FL. During his career he’s focused on helping brands tell their stories, always believing that narrative is the single best way to connect with and engage people.

Coe has worked with clients as varied as Zaxby’s, The Florida Lottery, The American Health Care Association, Verizon Wireless, Winn-Dixie, Catlin, Halifax Health, The San Antonio Spurs, The Jacksonville Jaguars, Honda Manufacturing of Alabama, Bruno’s Grocery Stores, Saks, Inc. and many others.

As a writer and director, he’s made music videos for Trent SummarJTX and Timothy Craig, as well award winning songwriter and recording artist Greg Crowe. In collaboration with Director and Cinematographer Mark Wagoner Coe wrote and produced a documentary on Paperhand, a radical puppet group in Chapel Hill, NC. He’s also worked as a script doctor on TV pilots and written several screenplays, one of which was released last year.

He holds a BA in sociology with a minor in English from UAB and is currently working on an MFA in Creative Writing at the University of Tampa.

Coe lives in Jacksonville, FL.

Jim Mitchell
Chief Content Strategist

Jim has had the privilege to help smart marketers grow their brands through content that compels people to act. He has helped Mercedes-Benz launch the 190 Series, kept Avis trying harder and Santa riding on a Norelco Razor. He aided both ends of the age spectrum by making you feel better with Ben-Gay and more comfortable with Desitin. Jim signed Michael Jordan and Joe Montana to promote the Hanes brand to number 1.

Jim’s category experience is wide reaching with brands like: Pan Am, LaRosa’s Restaurants, BI-LO Supermarkets, REI Stores, Clearwire Wireless Broadband, E-3 Spark Plugs, Stillwater Insurance and Pruitt Health.

He has worked on the client side at Pan Am and REI and for agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi, LINTAS and Y&R.
